Dawn Margoni

A consistent top-producer, Dawn ranked in the top 11% of area Realtors for 2021 with more than $5.7 million in sales and 68 units closed. This success also placed her in the top 10% of all Realtors in the entire Upper Peninsula! In addition to her busy real estate career, she also serves as an independent contractor for the State of Michigan as a Job Development Specialist for individuals with disabilities. Active in the community, Dawn has served on the Iron County Chamber Board, Little League baseball, and Iron County Cancer Society. She resides in Crystal Falls.
