Dawn Margoni

A consistent top-producer, Dawn ranked in the top 14% of area Realtors for 2023 with nearly $6 million in sales and 38.5 units closed. This success also placed her in the top 20% of all Realtors in the entire Upper Peninsula! She has more than 25 years of experience and is licensed in the state of Michigan. In addition to her busy real estate career, she also serves as an independent contractor for the State of Michigan as a Job Development Specialist for individuals with disabilities. Active in the community, Dawn has served on the Iron County Chamber Board, Little League baseball, and Iron County Cancer Society. She resides in Crystal Falls.
