Jeff ranked in the top 14% of area Realtors in 2022, with 30 transactions totaling over $4.6 million in sales. This success also placed him in the top 1/3 of all Realtors in the entire Upper Peninsula! Licensed in Michigan and Wisconsin, Jeff holds the professional designations ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and certifications for RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement. He is also certified in 3D technology, which allows buyers to interact with a property from any device. Additionally, he earned his Drone Remote Pilot Part 107 certificate, giving him the ability to market properties from a unique perspective using video and stills. In his free time, Jeff volunteers for high school football and serves as an official for basketball and volleyball. He also enjoys weightlifting, photography, golf, and cooking. A resident of Kingsford, Jeff and his wife, Lisa, have three sons; two are college graduates and one is in high school.
