Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Michigan mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 2 basis points from 4.34% to 4.32% on Tuesday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.25% (FL) to the highest rate of 4.53% (VI). Currently, Michigan mortgage rates are 1 basis points lower than the national average of 4.33%.
