Gary Watters

Gary joined our team in 2024 and has enjoyed early success, with 5 closed transactions in just his first few months! He grew up in a small farming community in lower Michigan, and after earning his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Saginaw Valley State University, has worked as a Parole and Probation Agent for the Michigan Department of Corrections in Iron and Dickinson Counties for the past 30 years. Gary is a member of National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors. He and his wife Stacey live in Mastodon Township in Iron County where he enjoys all things outdoors, attending music festivals, attending Detroit Tigers baseball games, golfing, and riding his bicycle through the beautiful back roads of the area.
