Stephens Real Estate was founded in 1979 by Jerry Stephens, who vowed to make exceptional client care a priority. Associate brokers Sally Blom and Maddy Tousignant became co-owners of Stephens in 1983, and over the years we have partnered with the Better Homes and Gardens™ and GMAC Real Estate™ franchises. In 2009 we celebrated our 30th anniversary by returning to our roots as an independent real estate brokerage. In 2024, Stephens and Associates bought Wild River Realty, growing our team and adding two branch offices in Florence, Wisconsin, and Iron River, Michigan.
Stephens Real Estate is proud to be the area’s Top-Producing Office for the past 15 years in a row (according to Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors). Additionally, we were named 2021 Small Business of the Year and 2023 Best Place to Work by Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce and voted Best Real Estate Agency in the U.P. by Upper Peninsula Business Today’s “Top Picks of the 906” for 2021 and 2022.
