Maddy Tousignant

Maddy ranked among the top two-thirds of area Realtors for 2023 and has consistently been a top-producer over the years, having previously been ranked the area’s No. 1 Realtor in sales production for 2009 and 2012. Active in real estate since 1980 and a former co-owner of Stephens for thirty-five years, Maddy is licensed in both Michigan and Wisconsin. She also holds professional designations as a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Maddy is a lifelong resident of Iron Mountain, is a member of Pine Grove Country Club, and has served as an ambassador for the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce.
