Sarah Waterbury-Hernandez

In her first six months in real estate, Sarah got off to a strong start in 2024, with well over $500K in sales and 3 closed transactions. She found a natural fit in our team, with her background in customer service and lengthy career in cosmetology, as owner/operator of a suite-style salon for the past 4 years. A graduate of Holloway Institute, Sarah holds her real estate licenses in both Michigan and Wisconsin. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Realtors Association, and the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors. Sarah resides in Iron Mountain with her husband, Mauricio, and in her free time, she enjoys helping out with local organizations and events through donations and volunteering.
