Troy Margoni

Troy ranked in the top 15% of area Realtors for 2024, with over $4 million in sales and 16.5 closed transactions. His hard work also landed him in the top one-fourth of all Realtors in the entire Upper Peninsula! With more than 10 years of experience in all aspects of real estate, he is licensed in Michigan and Wisconsin and holds the professional credentials ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement. He earned a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University in 2007. In his free time, Troy serves as Vice-President of UP Sportswriters & Sportscasters Association, is President of Forest Park School Board, and is a play-by-play announcer for Forest Park and West Iron County high school sports on WIKB. He is also an avid golfer and resides in Crystal Falls with his daughter, Kallie.
